Barwniki

Barwniki to przedmioty które mogą zostać umieszczone w specjalnych Dye Slots of a player's Inventory to alter the colors of worn Armor or Vanity Items. Barwniki oraz Dye Slots zostały wprowadzone w aktualizacji 1.2.

Aby być w stanie przetworzyć surowce w barwniki, konieczny jest zakup Dye Vat (5 złotych monet) który można nabyć u Handlarza Barwnikami. Srebrny Barwnik (1 złota moneta) jest jedynym barwnikiem dostępnym do kupienia u Handlarza Barwnikami.
Podstawowe barwniki stworzone z surowców mogą być później mieszane w celu stworzenia różnych odcieni oraz wzorów.

Podstawowe Barwniki

Nazwa każdego materiału wskazuje kolor barwnika który można z niego pozyskać. Wszystkie barwniki są wytwarzanie w Dye Vat.

• Czerwony Barwnik - pozyskiwany z Czerwonych Łupin - które można zdobyć poprzez zabicie Czerwca kaktusowego którego można znaleźć w Jaskiniach.
• Pomarańczowy Barwnik - pozyskiwany z Pomarańczowej Sangwinarii Kanadyjskiej - Rośnie na sufitach pokrytych ziemią w Podziemiach oraz w Jaskiniach.
• Zółty Barwnik - pozyskiwany z Zółtej Aksamitki - Jasno-zółty kwiat. Rośnie na trawie.
• Lime Dye - pozyskiwany z Lime Kelp - Grows in water, in Caverns.
• Green Dye - pozyskiwany z Green Mushroom - Grows Underground, in Caverns and in Underground Jungles.
• Teal Dye - pozyskiwany z Teal Mushroom - Grows Underground, in Caverns and in Underground Jungles.
• Cyan Dye - pozyskiwany z Cyan Husk - Drops from the Cyan Beetle that spawns in Snow Biomes.
• Sky Blue Dye - pozyskiwany z Sky Blue Flower - Grows on grass in the Jungle and Underground Jungle.
• Blue Dye - pozyskiwany z Blue Berries - Inconspicuous round shrubbery that grows on grass.
• Purple Dye - pozyskiwany z Purple Mucos (In-game misspelling of "mucus.") - Drops from Sea Snail in Oceans.
• Violet Dye - pozyskiwany z Violet Husk - Drop from the Lac Beetle that spawns in the Underground Jungle.
• Pink Dye - pozyskiwany z Pink Prickly Pear - Grows on top of Cacti in Deserts.
• Black Dye - pozyskiwany z Black Ink - Drops from Squids in Oceans.
• Silver Dye - pozyskiwany z Dye Trader for 1 gold.
• Brown Dye - pozyskiwany z Dye Trader for 1 gold.

You need a dye vat to craft all these dyes except the Silver Dye

All colored basic dyes can be combined with Silver Dye to form "Bright <Color> Dye". Additionally, various colors can be combined to craft a gradient color. based on their components.

These dyes have multiple colors applied to the items worn. These colors are usually applied as separate blocks of color, the shape depending on the item in question. All colored basic dyes can be combined with Silver or Black Dye to create "<Color> and Silver Dye" or "<Color> and Black Dye", respectively.

• Flame and Black Dye - Flame Dye and Black Dye
• Blue Flame and Black Dye - Blue Flame Dye and Black Dye
• Green Flame and Black Dye - Green Flame Dye and Black Dye
• Intense Flame Dye - 2 Flame Dyes
• Intense Blue Flame Dye - 2 Blue Flame Dyes
• Intense Green Flame Dye - 2 Green Flame Dyes
• Intense Rainbow Dye - 2 Rainbow Dyes (most hardest to get)

Uwagi

• All vanity items will benefit from dye, with the exception of the Familiar clothes.
• Basic and Combined Dyes only affect the hue of an armor's color, but not the saturation level (i.e. how vibrant the color is). This means that armor and clothing that are dull in color, such as Ninja Clothes, Necro Armor,The Reaper Costume, and Hallowed Armor are relatively unaffected by these dyes.
• Compound Dyes, however, override an armor's color completely, meaning that they do not have the same problem
• All dyes and items used to create them sell for 20 Silver, so a beginning character should pick them up whenever encountered to sell them even if they aren't interested in the dye itself.
