Balloony Beads are a vanity accessory that changes the player's hurt and death sounds to a bubbling sound. It has a 1/168 (0.6%) to be found as secondary loot in any naturally generated chest.[1]

The Balloony Beads cannot be reforged, and therefore cannot have modifiers.

Tips

  • This content is transcluded from Vanity Accessories/tip.Because vanity accessories such as the Balloony Beads cannot be reforged to grant any benefits besides appearance, it is recommended to equip them in the player's social accessory slots.
  • Using the Balloony Beads plays its hurt sound, letting the user preview its sound effect without the need to equip it and take damage.

Trivia

  • The Balloony Beads depict all three types of Silly Balloons.
  • The tooltip is a reference to the famous quote spoken by Pennywise from Stephen King's novel It.
