The Cactus Pickaxe is an early-game pickaxe. Like other low-tier pickaxes, it can only mine blocks and ores weaker than Meteorite (which requires a pickaxe with at least 50% pickaxe power, e.g. a Tungsten Pickaxe).

Its best modifier is Legendary. However, due to rounding, Legendary, Light, Deadly, Agile, Quick, and Nasty provide equal boosts to mining speed for this tool.

Tips

• The Cactus Pickaxe has the same pickaxe power as the Copper and Tin Pickaxes, but is slightly slower in terms of mining speed.
• The Cactus Pickaxe does not require ores or an Anvil to craft, which means that it can be obtained even before venturing underground.
