The Elf Archer is a Hardmode, post-Plantera enemy that starts to spawn beginning with wave 2 during the Frost Moon event. It is very similar to the Pirate Crossbower and Skeleton Archer, shooting Flaming Arrows which inflict the On Fire! debuff for 7 / 14 / 17.5 seconds.

Killing an Elf Archer during the Frost Moon event will add 3 / 6 / 7.5 points to the final score.[3]
