Explosive Jack 'O Lanterns are dropped along with the Jack 'O Lantern Launcher by the Pumpking, a mini-boss from the Pumpkin Moon event. Additional Explosive Jack 'O Lanterns can also be bought from the Arms Dealer for 15 CC each if the Jack 'O Lantern Launcher is in the player's inventory.
