The Grim Old Barb is a vanity accessory that changes the player's hurt sound to zombie noises. It has a 1/168 (0.6%) to be found as secondary loot in any naturally generated chest.[1]

The Grim Old Barb cannot be reforged, and therefore cannot have modifiers.

Tips

  • This content is transcluded from Vanity Accessories/tip.Because vanity accessories such as the Grim Old Barb cannot be reforged to grant any benefits besides appearance, it is recommended to equip them in the player's social accessory slots.
  • Using the Grim Old Barb plays its hurt sound, letting the user preview its sound effect without the need to equip it and take damage.
