The Lamia set is a Hardmode vanity set which consists of the Lamia Mask, Lamia Wraps and the Lamia Tail. It is rarely dropped by Lamias, with a 1/180 (0.56%) chance per piece for the Light Lamia and a 1/120 (0.83%) chance per piece for the Dark Lamia.

These items are to be equipped in the Social Slots as they only provide a visual appearance.

Trivia

• The full set strongly resembles a Dark Lamia.
• The female version of the set has the chest covered with wraps, while the Lamia enemy does not wear any wraps. This change was likely made as the Lamia enemy is covered by its hair, while the player can wear the chest piece without equipping the mask.
• Like the tail of the Mermaid set, the Lamia Tail does not appear correctly on Mannequins and Womannequins.
• Since a male character equipped with Lamia Wraps is bare-chested, the item is completely invisible on Mannequins (but can still be obtained after placing).
• The Lamia Mask, the Hero's Hat and the Robot Hat are the only vanity items that appear to change the character's hairstyle.
