This is the Legacy page whose information relates to the article Christmas.
It applies only to the Old-gen console and 3DS versions of Terraria, detailing their differences from modern versions.

The duration of the event depends on the game platform:

Platform	Duration
Old-gen console	December 15th	–	December 31st
Nintendo 3DS version	December 1st	–	January 15th

Reaching wave 15 of the Frost Moon will not activate the Christmas season.

Tips

• Christmas can be "activated" on the Nintendo 3DS version by going to "System Settings", then "Other Settings", choosing "Date and Time", then "Today's Date" and "Current Time" and setting the date and time there.
