The Party Center is an animated novelty mechanism furniture item bought from the Party Girl NPC for 20 GC. Pressing the ⚷ Open / Activate button on a Party Center toggles the Party event.

Notes

• If there are multiple Party Centers placed in a world, activating only one will cause the rest to activate too.
• If a Party occurs naturally, all Party Centers will automatically turn on.
• Parties activated with a Party Center will always conclude automatically upon dusk, like naturally occurring Parties.
• There are a few effects that can still only be caused by a naturally occurring Party.
  • The Party Girl will only give the player a Slice of Cake during a natural Party.
  • The Cool Slime will only move in during a natural Party.
• Natural Parties cannot be stopped by a Party Center.
