Pearls are crafting materials obtained from opening Oysters, and are used to craft Luck Potions. Each of the three pearls have different rarities, with the rarer ones being crafted into stronger potions. Additionally, when the Pink Pearl is thrown into shimmer, it turns into a Galaxy Pearl. The player can only receive one pearl from each Oyster, with a 1/4 (25%) chance in total.

Tips

  • Crafting Black and Pink Pearls into Luck Potions is always more profitable than directly selling them. Counting other materials, this will boost their sell value by 1 GC89 SC76 CC and 9 GC89 SC76 CC, respectively.
  • Pink Pearls are quite rare. Players who obtain one should consider crafting it into a Galaxy Pearl (unless they have already consumed one) rather than a Greater Luck Potion. The Galaxy Pearl grants a permanent (albeit small) boost to luck, whereas the Greater Luck Potion only grants a temporary boost.

History

  • Desktop 1.4.5.0:
    • Pink Pearl is now used to craft the Pink Phaseblade.
    • Pink Pearl drop chance from Oysters increased from 1.33% to 2.5%.
    • Black Pearl drop chance from Oysters increased from 6.22% to 7.5%.
    • White Pearl drop chance from Oysters increased from 12.44% to 15%.
  • Desktop 1.4.3.3:
    • Reduced the sell value of the Black Pearl from 5 GC to 3 GC.
    • Reduced the sell value of the Pink Pearl from 25 GC to 15 GC.
