The Piña Colada is a food item that grants the Well Fed buff when consumed. This lasts for 20 minutes, but can be canceled at any time by right-clicking the icon (), by selecting the icon using Cycle Next/Previous Buff and then pressing Remove Buff (), or by double-tapping the buff icon ().

- A piña colada is a type of cocktail made with rum, cream of coconut, and pineapple juice, and is considered Puerto Rico's official drink.
- Its tooltip, "'If you like piña coladas and getting caught in the rain'", is a lyric from the 1979 song "Escape" by Rupert Holmes.
- The Piña Colada is the only item in the game to have a diacritical mark in its name.[a]
