The Ruler is a pre-Hardmode shortsword purchased from the Goblin Tinkerer for 10 SC. It swings four times in quick succession per use, with slightly varying angles with each stab.

Its best modifier is Legendary.

Notes

  • Despite having a swing rate of 12 per second, the Ruler can only hit the target 6 times per second.
