Best Modifiers?

Is the best modifier possible 'Godly'? It only uses 4 mana (base statistics), so I don't think 'Mythical' is possible. 173.228.18.91 23:26, 2 November 2013 (UTC)

Mythical possible in 1.2.3?

I just got the Mythical modifier on my aqua scepter from a reforge. I am on 1.2.3.1 --Streakstar (talk) 17:17, 22 February 2014 (UTC)

I just got the Mythical in 1.2.4 as well

20 magic damage, 5 mana cost, so slightly different than the one linked above.
