Arapaima on ios

Guys i really love your game but it have a few issues...i made a key Mold farm in ocean biom but the arapaimas aren t spawning....actualy i made a lot of world but i never saw one...Can you fix that?Plz Andreigane (talk) 16:33, 17 December 2014 (UTC)

I'm not sure if this is a bug issue so much as a general misunderstanding, though. Arapaima only spawn in the jungle, so building a farm for them in the ocean isn't going to achieve much. If they're not appearing in any world at all then you might want to make sure your world's actually in hardmode, as they won't spawn in a newly generated world.

The exact same thing happened to me. I have placed 100 jungle grass blocks (mud blocks with jungle grass seeds on it) in the ocean (you only need 80) and they are not spawning. -- 203.104.11.26 00:30, 12 February 2015 (UTC)

Looking into it a little, it does seem that most other mobile users are reporting similar things. Mobile version bugs like this and the lack of Corruptors are reported to 505 Games on the forums pretty commonly, so it's up to them to fix the issue now. I don't know if they've issued a response, unfortunately.

If the issue isn't fixed soon, then the most I can do is to assume they're not an intended mobile function and put a pc/console only tag or something on the article to inform future users. Gearzein (talk) 04:07, 12 February 2015 (UTC)

Corruptors and floaty grosses along with chaos elementals are bugged on iOS. Once you beat planetera on any world, that world and character that you are using get "infected" or "corrupted" along with any other world you go to with that same character. So once that happens, corruptors and floaty grosses become glitches and therefore do not spawn and are replaced by thier pre-hardmode counterparts. Hope 505 can somehow fix this. I also think that arapaimas also are affected, but I'm not sure with that.

I've just found an arapaima in a real jungle biome. Maybe you need more than 80 blocks to create an jungle biome on IOS? Is that possible? -- 203.104.11.24 23:55, 12 February 2015 (UTC)
