=holding them doesnt work

either i disnt found the way, or it was changed. when i just hold them it doesnt work. i need to put them in my hotbar. can someone confimr this so we change the wik? of course i needed to have 700 hours ingame to grab them, so perhaps not every new player has them.

by the way, they are so unwieldly i almost regret to get them. what i hate is that they change your view just by selecting them. it feels awful . i would largemy prefer tham to require clicking to activate, would avoid making me dizzy when i just scroll through my hotbar. i was forced to remove them from it, willm probably not use them much.

Seems you're correct; binocs only work from the hotbar, and just holding them with the cursor doesn't work. The history even reflects a change in 1.2.4, but the rest of the article was never changed to match. I've gone ahead and removed the comment. Gearzein (talk) 05:52, 15 March 2015 (UTC)
