here you can talk about the bomb and methods of using them in PVP adventure maps like the one yogcast is doing and working on "the shadow of israphel" bombs can act like what creeper boss did so its only natural a PVP server match can do the same, including and especially PVP adventure servers, so just expiriment with your gameplay and then tell me what you think. also using bombs bellow you could add a new class to PVP called "the suicide bombe" who fights to his last breath until he blows up.

Mining

We need a list of what kind of blocks can be mined with bombs. I just dragged half my inventory of bombs all the way to a corrupted area only to find out that they don't do squat against ebonstone. Che. Fortunately I had the foresight to bring along the sole stick of dynamite I found earlier, and it did the job. - Spinfx 01:39, 23 July 2011 (UTC)

Apparently lava doesn't destroy bombs; I tossed one in a lava tank and watched it roll and explode normally. The tank was atop my NPC tower so burninating chaos ensued but that's another story. - Spinfx 00:13, 18 December 2011 (UTC)

EDIT: I just realised what I did was "throw (use)", not "throw (discard)". Presumably lava destroys discarded items only. Further testing pending when I get my hands on more explosives. - Spinfx 03:14, 18 December 2011 (UTC)

Modifiers?

Seems like a bug, you might want to report that on the official bug forum corresponding to your version of Terraria. Bombs can't receive modifiers normally as far as I know. 4e696e6a6f795844 (talk) 11:27, 16 July 2017 (UTC)
