Chance of dodge appears to be as said in the changelog: 1/6. The effect appears to stack with the black belt or ninja gear, unconfirmed if they are separate events or the dodge chances add, although I assume they are separate, which would make the combined dodge chance 1/4.

I think they are seperate becuase they have differing animations so it probably does, but if you never get one of the animations then that might not be true, also it would be 1/3 not 1/4, which is better. Colinzer (talk) 16:58, 10 December 2020 (UTC)

Verify en-masse vs. per-target

I seem to recall the pre-1.4 item would only confuse the enemy that struck you; I could be wrong however. I'd appreciate if someone could verify or refute this. Breathlessblizzard (talk) 11:30, 17 May 2020 (UTC) It did't, I remember it said that it could be used the find caves as if it confused an enemy in a different cave you could see the question mark, also think I remember It confusing enemies other than the that struct me but I could be wrong about that last part.
