I doubt that. See Traveling Merchant § Items sold: The item shares its rarity slot with 12–15 other items, depending on game progression. This fact alone would give it a chance of between 8.33% and 6.67%, assuming the slot that it's in (the fourth rarest out of six) is guaranteed to be rolled and the calculation is as easy as that – both assumptions are far from the truth, so the chance is probably much lower. Remember (quoting from the page): "Due to elaborate randomizer functions and dependencies upon several variables, it is nearly impossible to state an exact chance of an item being sold by the Traveling Merchant." --Rye Greenwood (talk) 18:46, 16 March 2021 (UTC)
