Matching wings

What wings would go with this, aesthetically speaking? I personally use this with the Harpy Wings and Cyan Dye, or any armor-matching dye. Linktc (talk) 06:16, 24 March 2014 (UTC)

Frostburn on Spear Traps

I noticed that spear traps activated by the player while wearing the frost armor has the frostburn effect on hit. The wiki doesn't mention this on either of the pages. Am I the only one who has encountered this bug, or has it simply gone overlooked? /Pixel — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2.69.144.131 at 21:51, 7 August 2014 (UTC)

Bugs

Other players and I have noticed some bugs regarding this armor It is suposed to cause the FB effect with ranged and melee weapons, but thrownable weapons doesn't fall in this category in all cases:

  • Both Javelins and Beenades cause the effect always
  • The Bone Glove and the bones only causes the effect to those enemies touching the player
  • All other thrownable weapons DON'T trigger the effect

And some magical weapons trigger the effect too but again, depending on the conditions. What I tested so far:

  • Magical Harp triggers the effect always at any distance
  • All spell tomes, Aqua Scepter triggers the effect only to the enemies touching the player

More bugs

I've noticed that the debuff can also be caused by NPC and pirate weapons (this was in 1.3.5, I don't know if it's been fixed yet). 56KPK (talk) 04:04, 1 October 2020 (UTC)

This may be because those NPCs and enemies fire the same projectile that guns with Musket/Silver bullets use. The game sees these as a ranged projectile so it makes the set bonus affect them as well, since there is no way to specifically check if a projectile was fired by the player or an enemy. Yeah, that's what I thought. 56KPK (talk) 00:53, 8 October 2020 (UTC)

Thank you

Whoever fixed my garbage edit, thank you. That was my first edit and I wasn't sure how to properly format it. Again, thanks. TomatoCouch (talk) 18:30, 16 May 2021 (UTC)
