Talk:Goodie Bag

I have proof that goodie bags can drop from frost moon even if it isn't during the Halloween period.

I can confirm that goodie bags can actually drop when it isn't Halloween. It is May 26th and I had about 3 drop from the frost moon event. I made sure that my system time was definitely set to May 26th and it works. 87.115.33.186 13:45, 26 May 2020 (UTC)

item not burning in lava being an anomaly?

why should the item not burning in lava be an anomaly? any item of a coloured tier does not burn…. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 92.225.63.96 at 02:47, 26 October 2013 (UTC)

Aw man! It's almost November 10th, and i haven't gotten a SINGLE GOODIE BAG!! I made a goldfish farm, and all I've gotten so far are 6 goldfish banners. Seriously?! what are the odds?! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 50.43.35.174 at 01:24, 30 October 2013 (UTC)

Q about trivia

Is it possible that the treasure hunter outfit is a reference to Laura Croft from Tomb Raider? I don't play it, but that's what it looked like to me. Y/N? 71.236.135.252 03:14, 22 October 2014 (UTC)

While likely true, this is already mentioned on the Treasure Hunter costume's page and is outside the scope of this article. Gearzein (talk) 03:27, 22 October 2014 (UTC)

Does goodiebags disappear after Halloween?

I don't play Terraria too regularly due to lack of available time. Last time I played was during this years Halloween event collecting goodiebags. I remember that I decided to collect as meny as I could and then open them all at once and I know I had collected several (like somewhere between eight and sixteen of them) before logging of. Then I didn't really get the time to play for the rest of the event and now when I returned after the event I can't find my goodiebags anywhere. I'm pretty sure I had them in my inventory last time and even if I didn't I've checked all of the chest I might have put them in. And I know I didn't open them and then forgot about it because I set up a whole row of chests to store and check out the loot I would get from the goodiebags and they're empty too. So... did my lack of gaming time destroy several hours of what little gaming I had time for? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ryttyr14 (talk • contribs) at 14:33, 19 November 2016 (UTC)

If you collected all those bags within a 10 minute time frame, then autosave may not have been able to save the progress you made. If you left autosave off, and you quit using methods other than clicking Save and Exit, then your progress probably wasn't saved. But to answer your question, no, goodie bags don't disappear after the halloween is over. 4e696e6a6f795844 (talk) 14:54, 19 November 2016 (UTC)

Odds messed up?

In the head of the article, the odds mentioned are 56% for vanity items, 25% for rotten eggs, and 7% for paintings. Including the other two items, that adds to about 90%.

Also, the table is all screwed up as well. It adds up to around 135%.
