The trivia about Percy Jackson should be removed, since the Hellhound is a creature of myth created long before these books. So the information is fallacious and contributes nothing to the page. --Sinsults (talk) 23:00, 26 October 2013 (UTC)

I agree that it's not useful information, but it's not necessarily false. Also, it's still on the page. I also think a lot of (young) readers are adding in silly information because they want to contribute. I suggest linking anybody who persists (or starts an edit war) to post into References 74.69.40.245 23:04, 26 October 2013 (UTC)
