I noticed a "Verify" on the part where it is written a Pupfish is one of the rare critters that can spawn on-screen and not off-screen.
Well, for what it's worth, I can testify it happened to me, while I was fishing, poof something appeared right under my platforms in the water, a fish I had never seen before. A pupfish.
