Multiple Terraprismae

Is it possible to summon more than one Terraprisma? 108.217.54.150 22:02, 17 May 2020 (UTC)

Yes it is I can confirm this. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Lizardman1028 (talk • contribs) at 02:40, 18 May 2020 (UTC)
Yes. And it makes any invasion event look amazing! ;) I'm sure the Stardust Dragon does more dps though. The swords make brief pauses when they have to attack the same target multiple times. A Goblin invasion just becomes a blur of color, but the Christmas invasion enemies seem to have too much HP for the Terraprisma swords to work efficiently - at least as a non-Summoner class. Hope this helps. --13:09, 25 May 2020 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 185.121.69.4

Needs animation:

This page has been repeatedly edited to describe the attack, it would be helpful to have an animation of this sword in action. Thanks! Breathlessblizzard (talk) 02:15, 18 May 2020 (UTC)

Added. Got it last night so I booted up a flat world with a fresh character and a screen recorder. Ya Boi Roy (talk) 21:07, 25 May 2020 (UTC)

"Reliable Strategy"

The "reliable strategy" of running max-speed on an asphalt skybridge appears to be broken in 1.4.0.4 - speed boots appear to have no effect at all when walking on asphalt (and the Frostspark Boots just give you their +8% speed boost). --Quietust (talk) 02:08, 4 June 2020 (UTC)

Other possible inspirations.

First of all, the name Terraprisma is very close to the name of the Super Nintendo game Terranigma.

Secondly, it's pointed out that if the Terraprisma is used to summon multiple swords, they will fan out behind the player's back. This is similar to the character Joachim Armster from Castlevania: Lament of Innocence.

I think it may not be a refference to Terranigma. I think this, because terraprisma is a combination of terra(ria) and prism, with an added a. The terra is self-exxplanatory, and the prism part is a reference to how actual prisms can make light look like a rainbow. Inwader4 (talk) 12:49, 16 June 2020 (UTC)

Terraprisma Configuration

I found this through inventory editor, which also have a buff editor. I assume this is a helix, but i can be mistaken by something else though--Daud ahn (talk) 22:59, 6 December 2020 (UTC)

Oh interesting, thanks for this! Now I understand your edit much better and I agree, that looks like a helix. I went ahead and added a link to the image for better comprehension. --Rye Greenwood (talk) 16:20, 7 December 2020 (UTC)
I still think it should be noted as a wing pattern on the Terraprisma page. That's what it was most likely intended to look like with the actual number of capped minions. The helix pattern just comes from the mathematical formula they used for the wing spread going beyond its intended limits. We should stick with what's in the game and not what we see only with hacked numbers. --107.2.104.203 16:24, 7 December 2020 (UTC)
Sorry if this discussion isn't supposed to get so long, but I think the best course of action is to call it a wing as before, and move the helix bit to Notes or Trivia (not sure which exactly.) Something like "The minions' pattern actually forms a helix, but this is only visible when using third-party tools to exceed the minion limit." I do hope this is a viable option. --2057clones (talk) 16:37, 7 December 2020 (UTC)
Good points! I'd say Trivia would be the better location, since that's usually the place for information on unobtainable things. If there are no objections, then I'll make that change. --Rye Greenwood (talk) 13:32, 10 December 2020 (UTC)

Damage during day

To clear up any confusion, I just tested it in 1.4.3.2, ALL damage must be dealt during the day, not only the kill. --AmsterWikis (talk) 02:17, 29 November 2021 (UTC)

The drop rate for beating empress at night is missing?

I've seen on other forums that the Terraprisma will drop with lower chances but the page says nothing about night drop rates. Its displayed like it is a drop that can only be obtained through fighting the empress of light and I wanted to know the drop rate for terraprisma at night. — Preceding unsigned comment added by SoggyPancake (talk • contribs) at 20:35, 9 November 2023 (UTC)

Terraprisma cannot drop at night; anyone saying otherwise is either playing modded, mistaken, or lying. MageKing17 (talk) 21:00, 9 November 2023 (UTC)
