This template is used to link to users or anonymous IPs, e.g. on the admin noticeboard.

Usage

{{ user | <user name> | noblocklog = y/yes }}

First unnamed parameter

Name of the user. If unspecified, defaults to the current user (or IP, if the reader is not logged in).

noblocklog

Set this parameter to prevent the display of the block log of the user.
