Hey there, wiki browser. Welcome (back) to the Terraria Wiki!

I'm just another editor here who loves playing Hollow Knight and Terraria in her free time. Someday soon I'll finally work on completing Celeste and Ghostrunner's Hel DLC, but my current obsession is with the Pantheon of Hallownest. As far as the wiki goes, you can usually find me cleaning up the bajillion pages listed here.

In the extremely rare case that you need to contact me about something, you can reach me at @alyx1a on Discord.

And that's it! Now that you're done reading, why not visit a random page? I'm sure you'll find something interesting.

Main Version Key

Up to date to versions before: 13 January 2023

For history section enthusiasts such as myself, this is a concise-ish guide to version equivalency between the different platforms of the game.

  • Sprites have often been ported out of sync with content, so instances where this occurred are noted.
  • Bug fixes on the Desktop version typically do not apply to Console versions before 1.4 or Switch/Mobile versions before 1.3 (the bugs were usually fixed before or during the porting process); verify those kinds of changes via the master history pages for the respective platforms.
  • Unobtainable items are also tricky in versions that are pre-Mobile 1.3.0.7 or pre-Console 1.4.0.5.4.1 - versions before that were not coded as religiously closely to the Desktop version. Be sure to verify the existence of unobtainable items in a version before doing anything wacky in their history sections!
