Click "edit" on my user page, you will see the inline CSS I used! — Lilysse (talkcontribs) 14:25, 19 July 2025 (UTC)

Thank you

Thank you for doing CE edits all across the pages of the Terraria Wiki. They're REALLY useful for me and other people who just want to navigate through the pages without them looking "bloated".  Rert  (talk) 01:18, 24 September 2025 (UTC)

You're very welcome! I try my best. Much love — Lilysse (talkcontribs) 02:47, 24 September 2025 (UTC)

Precautions before renaming pages

Hi, first of all, thanks for your recent edits on the wiki, it's really helpful!

I wanted to tell you to be carefull while renaming pages on the wiki because renaming them will not rename links on individual pages. As you can see here, the page Informational Accessories still link to 608 pages (at the moment I write this message), most of these are from the Master Template Equipables template, but there are still a lot of links that belong to individual articles.

Furthermore, pages that would redirect to Informational Accessories must be fixed aswell such as Informational accessory, and last, as all language wikis are connected, the {{language info|en=Informational Accessories}} part at the end of each page has to be edited on the English page and on all language pages in order to not break interwiki links.

Also, regarding sub-accessories pages, all other pages are named after with "Accessories" having an upper case letter, renaming this page might suggest to rename all others aswell for consistency among the wiki. To conclude, renaming pages should be highlighy considered before doing anything, it could be talked on the community noticeboard in order to know why you think such change is needed.

Thank you for your consideration. --Dinoxel (talk) 13:22, 3 October 2025 (UTC)

Thanks for the kind and helpful words! I'll revert my rename and get to posting on the noticeboard sometime. — Lilysse (talkcontribs) 18:01, 3 October 2025 (UTC)

Someone posted a video with proof in the Terraria Discord, granted they were on mobile. — Lilysse (talkcontribs) 19:03, 31 January 2026 (UTC)
What kind of items are we discussing exactly, i just tried with a rally in my skyblock map, the rally with zelous modifier goes into a chest of weapon, even though the chest doesnt have no other rallies... — Preceding unsigned comment added by Abde (talkcontribs) at 19:09, 31 January 2026 (UTC). The video link is here: [1]. They attempted to similar stack Mushroom Spears and Metal Detectors. Strange. — Lilysse (talkcontribs) 19:18, 31 January 2026 (UTC)
I mean Spears and Metal Detectors are apples and oranges? I think its normal for it not to work, not because of modifier, still there may be some truth to it, I ll watch the video you shared and do some testing
also can you Please hint at the fact that the more established the already existing storage system is, the more consistent similar stack becomes
"""Similar stack servers as a QOL improvement to the already existing quick stack, and the more developped the existing storage system ( existing patern of items within chests) the more reliable Similar stack becomes."""

Removing weapon guides

Hello! I've appreciated many of your excellent edits on this wiki.

For much of the last decade, I've spent every playthrough I have updating boss strategy pages on both here and the Calamity wiki. Many other people have done so as well. I've also contributed heavily to Weapon Playthroughs.

I've noticed recently that you've deleted tons of weapon guides from both the calamity wiki and this one at weapons playthroughs. In most scenarios, this hasn't been a great loss; Skeletron Strategies didn't have useful information. I'm glad that you've left the information in on this wiki where it is frequently updated and on the calamity destroyer page, where piercing weapons are important and the best weapons aren't the same as other pre-mech weapons. I do wonder if even these, though, could be updated to your new style if more footnotes were introduced (like the class setup pages) for weapons which are only useful in one part of the fight (like using Weather Pain on Skeletron's hands or using spears in Brain of Cthulhu's phase two.)

In some edits, I noticed some important information has been left out. For instance, all of the Whip-only and minion-only sections of weapon playthroughs have been removed, which are some of the most popular weapon types to use. Would it be possible to use your new, sleek styling to add those sections back in? I'd be happy to do it myself if you're not interested. If you have a strong reason, though, I'm happy to hear it. I think your new style is a great update for the wiki and a nice way to shake things up; I don't want to undo anything you've done, but I'd like to make sure all of the fun stuff gets kept.

Would you be willing to add a whips and summons section back to that guide, or do you have any complaints about me doing so? In any case, thanks for your volunteer effort and the great work you've done. Mathbrush1 (talk) 03:54, 4 February 2026 (UTC)

Thank you a lot! I really appreciate your kindness. As for the weapon playthroughs guide, I don't mind that at all—in fact thats what I was planning to do. The whole guide needs updating for 1.4.5 too, so any help is greatly appreciated.
I also originally planned to add other subclasses, like shotguns, fish guns, etc, but I lack the time at the moment.
Lilysse (talkcontribs) 04:07, 4 February 2026 (UTC)
It's easier to edit than to add things, so tonight or tomorrow I'll add the summon and whip playthroughs with the full expectation that you can come in and tweak or remove things as you see fit; you have a great eye for judgment, so I'll just set up the basic framework for you to come in and change. (unless you or someone else gets to it first). Mathbrush1 (talk) 04:09, 4 February 2026 (UTC)
Sounds good! Thank you again for the compliments. I hope the symbol format on the guide isn't too confusing, hehe — Lilysse (talkcontribs) 04:13, 4 February 2026 (UTC)

slime staff chances

hello! if you have a second, i wanted to ask for elaboration on this edit you made - what drops were added in 1.4.5 that are rarer than the slime staff? the wording implies there were drops rarer than the slime staff before 1.4.5, what were they? i wanted to improve that trivia point but i'm reeeally struggling to find info on this. thanks! Ceruleanwarbler2 (talk) 01:01, 22 February 2026 (UTC)

Sorry if it was unclear. Because 1.4.5 added King Slime's high drop rate, I reworded it. Feel free to tweak the wording again--in the meantime I'll ask others if they know other super-rare drops. — /home/Lilysse/talk/contribs/ 01:51, 22 February 2026 (UTC)
ohh i get it now! thanks for the quick fix :) Ceruleanwarbler2 (talk) 03:07, 22 February 2026 (UTC)

another one to the inspired list

User:InfiniteVibes used one of your infoboxes, thought you may want to add them to your “users inspired by this page” list like you did for me recently - FlatAngel (talk) 02:18, 6 March 2026 (UTC)

Thanks, I just checked recent changes :) — /home/Lilysse/talk/contribs/ 02:19, 6 March 2026 (UTC)
