Reason: "14 nearly-identical items"

The Vampire Pendant is a vanity accessory that changes the player's hurt sound to "blah" sounds, spoken in a nasally voice. It has a 1/168 (0.6%) to be found as secondary loot in any naturally generated chest.[1]

The Vampire Pendant cannot be reforged, and therefore cannot have modifiers.

Tips

  • This content is transcluded from Vanity Accessories/tip.Because vanity accessories such as the Vampire Pendant cannot be reforged to grant any benefits besides appearance, it is recommended to equip them in the player's social accessory slots.
  • Using the Vampire Pendant plays its hurt sound, letting the user preview its sound effect without the need to equip it and take damage.

Trivia

  • The tooltip: 'Yes, you do say 'blah blah blah'' is a reference to the film Hotel Transylvania.
  • The "blah" or "bleh" noise associated with vampires originates from the exaggerated pronunciation of the word "blood" in Allan Sherman's song "My Son, the Vampire".

There is a 1/12 chance for a chest to contain a voice change item, and afterwards one of the 14 voice change items is randomly selected.
