The Pearlstone Wall is a type of background wall which can be found in Corruption/Crimson chasms that have been taken over by the Hallow, considered unsafe. It does not drop as an item when destroyed, and can only be obtained on  Desktop,  Console, and  Mobile, via crafting. It is considered a safe wall when placed by the player.

The Clentaminator/Terraformer(Desktop, Console and Mobile versions) (using Blue Solution) and Holy Water convert Stone Walls to unsafe Pearlstone Walls.

Pearlstone Walls can spread The Hallow to nearby pure walls. See Biome spread for further information.

Tips

• As the Clentaminator affects a rather large area, creating areas of localized Pearlstone Walls without converting blocks and other wall parts may be difficult, making throwing Holy Water more viable.
