BHS was removed from the Terra Blade's recipe in 1.3.0.1 update. Then in 1.4.1 BHS was re-added to the recipe, due to the True Night's Edge & True Excalibur's recipes were changed. : So, on 1.2 or before versions, crafting the Terra Blade requires 3 BHS. On 1.3.x ~ 1.4.0.5 versions the number is 2. On 1.4.1+ versions the number is 1. : At least the crafting recipes on wiki pages are correct. The method
Terraria.Player.ItemCheck_Shoot
({{desktop}} [[1.4.4.9]] source code) proves it, and in
Terraria.Projectile.AI_190_NightsEdge
(which defines the two projectiles' behavior) it can be seen that 982 is the one that creates the golden glow from the Excalibur while 983 creates the pink glow.
