Dupe bug

I also had that bug happen, but on a gold chest. I couldn't remember what caused it, but I do recall it involved a platform. Perhaps it's related?

Item name changed + crafting recipe added in 1.4.0.1?

The Guide shows a "Frozen Chest," visually identical to "Ice Chest," being craftable w/Ice Blocks via Ice Machine along with the existing Frozen furniture set. Haven't found an "Ice Chest" or a "Frozen Chest" in the wild yet, but I believe that the "Ice Chest" has been updated to be the Frozen set's Chest-type furniture.
