Devil May Cry reference
Is luminite a possible reference to Devil May Cry 1's luminite? They look awfully similar. DreadNaughtx 2 (talk) 17:01, 5 September 2015 (UTC)

The Call Of Cthulhu reference
As I read H.P. Lovecraft's masterpiece, I saw how (in the story,) the "Material" that the Cthulhu statue or idol (or whatever you call it) is described awfully similar to how the luminite looks as "the soapy, greenish-black stone with its golden or iridescent flecks and striations resembled nothing familiar to geology or mineralogy"... Here's a link to the story's script: https://www.lingq.com/en/learn-english-online/courses/1015413/ii-part-1-the-tale-of-inspector-legr-10997511/ "especially regarding a game element's "possible reference" to other media." POSSIBLE REFERENCE, it says; so it doesn't need confirming by the devs! You have to explain exactly why I shouldn't re-add this to the wiki...

The more important part is "If no staff confirmation is available, the trivia item must be "undeniable", meaning that most players are likely to agree it is obvious. When there could be multiple valid theories that are each just as likely, do not post any. Trivia sections do not exist for the purpose of listing possible theories." Personally I'm not sure if this is an undeniable trivia. BadPiggy1024 (talk) 02:59, 17 May 2023 (UTC)
(I'm not quite that sure if I'm replying right, but whatever...) So is the entry "Tax collector's quote "Something about fungi, blah blah..." is a vague sexual reference" a mistake? (Just asking, no rage) Anejat (talk) 10:59, 17 May 2023 (UTC)
