Spawning Tips

i have tried to get this slime to spawn, underground and cavern level, both without success. have anybody got the 24 slime achievement? any tips? 188.67.234.160 17:30, 10 September 2015 (UTC)

Ice Slime-Spiked Ice Slime Merge

Does anyone else think this should be merged with the Ice Slime page? If so, should I then merge Jungle Slime and Spiked Jungle Slime? —Awesome_Diamonds 19:55, 16 May 2017 (UTC)

I'm not so sure. Gameplay-wise, the spiked slimes are much more similar to each other than they are to the Ice/Jungle slimes. It'd be odd to group things based off appearance/naming, but I'm mostly just indecisive about doing so. – KM100 ^(talk) 20:10, 30 May 2017 (UTC)

Spiked Ice Slimes spawning in front of player placed walls?

On mobile edition, I made an artificial Ice biome with 1,500 snow blocks. However, I discovered that consitently and frequently, spiked ice slimes were spawning inside my walled off area, Including literally inside of housing with an npc in it (the town dog). More information would be appreciated. Is this a bug? Does it happen on PC editon? The area it was built in is a classic enemy farm (168 across, 94 horizontally, with the lower half filled in).
