Dungeon Brick Walls

Dungeon Brick Walls are types of background walls which can be found naturally generated in the Dungeon, considered unsafe. They drop as items when destroyed, and can also be obtained via crafting on Desktop, Console, and Mobile. They are considered safe walls when placed by the player.
There are a total of nine different variants (three variants in three colors), but each Dungeon can include only the three wall types matching that Dungeon's color. A single Dungeon will usually contain all three types in different areas; in each area, the faction flags found will correspond to the wall variant.
Cursed Dungeon Brick Walls(Desktop, Console and Mobile versions) are items that place unsafe Dungeon Brick Walls. They are visually identical to their counterparts and are obtained via Shimmer(Desktop, Console and Mobile versions).
Types
The type of Dungeon Brick Wall present in an area affects the spawning of the new enemies in the Hardmode post-Plantera Dungeon. It determines which enemies are most likely to spawn in the area: Enemies matching the wall type (as listed below) have a chance of approximately 90% to spawn, whereas the other enemies only have a chance of approximately 5% of spawning. Only unsafe walls have this effect, since safe walls do not allow enemies to spawn at all.

Notes
- Dungeon Brick Walls can only be broken after Skeletron has been defeated.
Tips
- In the Desktop version, Console version, and Mobile version, Cursed Dungeon Brick Walls allow creating an artificial Dungeon, as they place unsafe Dungeon Brick Walls.
- In order for the game to recognize the player to be in a Dungeon, they need to be standing in front of Cursed Dungeon Walls underground and be close to at least 250 Dungeon Bricks.
- When in a Dungeon, enemies can only spawn on Dungeon Bricks that have any type of wall directly above it, even types that are not exclusive to the Dungeon such as natural cave walls.
