The numbers on the diagram are outdated or wrong: "Spawn area" should be "168x94" (not 146x90). "No Spawn Area" should be "130x70" (not 108x66). Found the diagram to be wrong by experimenting in game (PC version 1.2.4.1). Later read the dimensions stated on the NPC_Spawning page, which seem to be right.
