Helmet Armor Value

Are we sure this is 22? A value of 12 would seem more in line with the other items, so I wonder if it's not a typo. -- TechpriestMagos 00:35, 2 December 2011 (UTC)

  • It's from script generated list. Everything could be.
  • I have it. It actually is 22. It's THAT good. Also consider that the tier below it is 16, so it's not that big a jump, and both of the new armor tiers lower than it have lower total defenses compared to Molten.

The Adamantite helmet when combined with the rest of the suit looks like dragoon armour from final fantasy. Anyone else spot any references other than that?

With the headgear it looks quite like a redmage from the FF series. Plasmafox 11:33, 3 December 2011 (UTC)

I'm not sure where to put this, but the full set allows the armor to absorb light and it gives off light for a short amount of time. Make it very useful for mining in the dark. --I have not seen it doing this. It only seems to give off some sparkles while moving horizontally and generally only well above sea level. It definitely isn't behaving the way the mythril armor does. Ideas?

Armor theme

I think that the armor kind of resembles mecha from anime (like Transformers or something). Does anyone else agree? —Anonymous 5:22 PM December 20, 2011 (PST)

Or one of the Gundam series or Evangelion... even non-mecha armor. I can't think of anything that it resembles very strongly though, so it just seems more of an anime-esque style. -- TechpriestMagos 21:33, 21 December 2011 (UTC)
It definitely looks Mecha-anime style. --Moxxy 06:24, 23 December 2011 (UTC)

You all can see so much resemblance in bunches of pixels. I'm in awe.

the mage hat reminds me of red mages from final fantasy. 11:31, 23 December 2011 (UTC)

Mask Wings

How come the mask "wing" structures are a bug? Maybe the developers ran out of space to put the wings in the inventory sprite, So I don't count it as a glitch. 15:57, 19 February 2012 (UTC)
