Percentage error

Hello, there is a logical mistake here;

"With Silt or Slush, it has a 1/10000 (0.01%) chance to drop; with Desert Fossils the chance is 27/100000 (0.027%)."

it has to be 27/10.000 (0,027%) OR 27/100.000 (0,0027%)to be logical correct. I dont know which version is right here...

The chance in fractions, as taken from the source code, is [math]\displaystyle{ \frac{27}{100,000} }[/math]. The percentage sign, %, is equivalent to [math]\displaystyle{ \frac{1}{100} }[/math]:
[math]\displaystyle{ \frac{27}{100,000} = \frac{27}{1,000} * \frac{1}{100} = \frac{27}{1,000}% = \underline{\underline{0.027%}} }[/math]
Expressed in decimals (% being equivalent to 0.01):
[math]\displaystyle{ \frac{27}{100,000} = 0.00027 = 0.027 * 0.01 = \underline{\underline{0.027%}} }[/math]
Therefore, the relation "27/100,000 (0.027%)" in the article is mathematically and logically correct.
