Stacking Math?

"the effects stack with other Anklets, giving a maximum of 61% move speed with five equipped"

If the item's stats "stack" with each other in the traditional sense, shouldn't it be a 10% * 5 = 50% increase? Or is there a different stat stacking function in use (and if so, what is it)? --Colonel Thirty Two 01:54, 11 June 2011 (UTC)

Underground Jungle?
