No no no, candy cane blocks are not like ash. Ash is at least twice as useful as candy cane is. What do I do with all of it!?

If red blocks are twice as common, then why do I have more green blocks than red blocks? I'm correcting this. Unless the pseudorandom algorithm is broken, there's no way this statistical deviation is plausible.
