No longer equippable as Cosmetic

It seems (as of 1.4.0.5 at least) Yoyo Counterweights are no longer considered cosmetic. I was never much into yoyos, but I remember equiping Yoyo Counterweights together with the Yoyo Bag in order to set the color. Might be an oversight on Re-Logic's part but as it stands, this is how the game works right now. I would have added it to the History section, but I don't know when this was changed exactly or how to compress the information down to be less wordy. --185.220.101.28 22:44, 14 June 2020 (UTC)
