• You have to have defeated the Wall of Flesh. That's the only requirement I'm aware of.

I don't think any of the lighting effects show up if your lighting setting is set on Retro. Is that confirmed?

Disco Ball Bug

There is a bug in the console version of this where the merchant does not sell the disco ball, he did at one time now he does not. I have checked all over the internet and on a forum here, http://www.terrariaonline.com/threads/merchant-not-selling-disco-ball.153716/ one guy is asking about it and one guy says it must not sell from the merchant on console to where the other says he has had hardmode before the 1.2 update where the merchant sold the disco ball and now he doesn't and then a 3rd says he is not selling it on the PS3 console either. The console version may have a bug or it was removed from the merchant in the later updates. Disco Ball Alignment.

I play on xboxone and notice the disco ball is way off-center. Is that something unique to consoles? Is this addressed in a later patch that has gone live to PC? 71.201.207.57 04:31, 10 September 2015 (UTC)
