Hi, I noticed that the only living wood chest in my Journey world contained neither a living wood wand nor a leaf wand. Instead, it had a finch staff. Unfortunately that was useless since Journey characters start out with a finch staff... The chest did not contain a Living Loom either but I found one already placed in the same room. 67.232.58.130 02:20, 20 May 2020 (UTC)

I can confirm that not all Living Wood Chests (on the PC version 1.4.0.3) contain Leaf Wand or Living Wood Wand - those that do always contained both kinds for me (after encountering about 35 to 45 chests). They are also said to rarely contain Ladybug Minecarts. My guess would be that this article just needs updating. --62.102.148.69 20:27, 25 May 2020 (UTC)

I generated a journey world last night and got only a leaf wand in the living chest, no wood wand. When generating the same seed this morning, there were no such wands in the entire world as searched by Tedit, save for the mahogany variety. In addition, most of the mahogany wands were generated in plain jungle shrines, while the mahogany chests contained mostly gold chest loot with only one having a pair of wands. Something's really weird with the loot generation this update. Scratch that, I got the leaf wand shaking a tree. Didn't know that was a thing. Zoshi235 (talk) 14:33, 10 November 2020 (UTC)

Sunflower Minecart

While I can confirm the occurence of Sunflower Minecarts in Living Wood Chests, I think that's because of them counting as Surface Chests. Living Wood Chests in the Underground layer would probably not contain it. --51.79.86.173 20:48, 29 May 2020 (UTC)
