Infection info needs clarification

In the first note, it is stated that: "there is a 66% (⅔) chance of a stone block in the Cavern layer to be selected at random and transformed into an infected version".

This could be read either of the following two ways and possibly others, as well: 1. There is a 2/3 chance that a single randomly selected stone block in the cavern layer will be infected, Or 2. There is a 2/3 chance that EACH stone block in the cavern layer will be selected (which would mean that approximately 67% of regular stone blocks throughout the cavern layer would be converted, making the difference between these two extremes likely to be in the THOUSANDS of tiles, especially in a large world.)

I should be able to figure out which of these versions is correct after I finally get around to bumping up to hardmode and bashing the altars. At that point, I will try to remember to come back and clarify the note in question. In the meantime, if you already have the answer I would appreciate it if you would go ahead and make the change.
