- Yes, you can spawn Unspawnable NPCs with command or cheats, but you can not spawn Unused NPCs (or Unimplemented NPCs) even with cheats/command without modifying the game's file --— Daud ahn (talk) 23:07, 16 April 2021 (UTC)

- They simply won't appear; unimplemented enemies have no stats, so the game will cancel any attempt to spawn them. --KM100 (talk) 19:50, 10 May 2021 (UTC)
