Hi

Read above. FungusTrooper 09:58, 19 May 2011 (UTC)

Hey, the "Enemy NPCs" page is kinda already covered by the monsters list on the front page. --SabotageTheFool 10:45, 19 May 2011 (UTC)
Oh I see. It's probably because everyone has just left that field blank before >_< --SabotageTheFool 10:52, 19 May 2011 (UTC)

jpg vs png

Generally pngs are going to be preferrable over jpgs, please don't replace pngs with jpgs just for the sake of doing it. -- Wynthyst File:Curseicon.png talk 13:08, 19 May 2011 (UTC)

Alright, no problem, I'll resave as pngs. I was replacing ugly images with backgrounds with clean white ones though, not for the "sake of doing it". --FungusTrooper 13:12, 19 May 2011 (UTC)
That's why pngs are better, they have transparent backgrounds that you can't get with jpgs. Also, please tag the images with the appropriate licensing when you are uploading by selecting the proper choice from the drop down menu.. I already have 200+ images I have to tag that were uploaded by the script, I don't want to have to do all the others too :D Thanks! (btw.. keep discussions in one place... believe me, I watch what I post for responses.) -- Wynthyst File:Curseicon.png talk 13:15, 19 May 2011 (UTC)
Aye, I know about the benefits of PNG, I think the reason I wasn't using them is cos I've been doing tons of the Rift wiki recently and when it's a 500x500 image of a wolf, transparency isn't an issue. Forgot I was working with sprites again! And noted on the license/conversation points, no problem. --FungusTrooper 13:17, 19 May 2011 (UTC)

Thanks!

Thanks for fixing up my Ore page xD -Shadowclaimer 13:17, 19 May 2011 (UTC)

No problem. I'm gonna take a few in-game screenies of actual ore deposits and upload them as galleries to the specific ore pages too, at least to see what it looks like. --FungusTrooper 13:30, 19 May 2011 (UTC)
That'd be really nice actually. -Shadowclaimer 13:30, 19 May 2011 (UTC)

Page histories

Please keep the page histories intact by using the Move option to rename articles rather than copy/pasting into new pages. You lose the attribution of those editors who wrote the initial articles if you copy/paste. Thanks! -- Wynthyst File:Curseicon.png talk 22:28, 22 May 2011 (UTC)

You learn something new every day. No problem, will do. --FungusTrooper 22:28, 22 May 2011 (UTC)
