Template:Purge cargo/doc

This template is used on pages which contain a cargo query and their respective MediaWiki edit notice pages. Saving pages with cargo queries might cause the raw HTML of the query result to display, requiring a purge to fix, which this template informs about.

Usage

When transcluded on content pages, this template only adds the page to the tracking category Pages requiring an edit notice about purging and only if there is no page MediaWiki:editnotice-0-<content page name> yet.

However, when setting the box parameter, the box displayed above will be output. This is only to be done on the respective MediaWiki edit notice pages. It also adds the page to Category:Edit notices about purging (only works on pages in the MediaWiki namespace).

nocat

Prevents any categorization.

The sub-template Template:Purge cargo/preload is used for preloading this template into pages created using the input box on Category:Pages requiring an edit notice about purging.
