Accessibility of Borders

It's difficult to tell the difference between the border colours, especially between the biomes and minibosses. I'd touch up the CSS myself, but I'm new to editing wikis and don't know where to find the spot to edit CSS. My first thought is to change the border-style of bosses and minibosses. I have a few ideas: bosses are border-style: outset and minibosses are border-style: inset, OR bosses are border-style: dashed and minibosses are border-style dotted, OR change the backgrounds on those same elements (colours, patterns, something). I think the background idea is probably best. --AdamEternal (talk) 23:50, 8 October 2022 (UTC)

Thanks for the suggestion. Dashed and dotted borders convey a bit of an "optional" feeling to me, so I don't think that's the best option for the regular boss boxes, but it does make sense for the mini-bosses. I changed that and also changed their border color to red.
See Manual:CSS on mediawiki.org to learn more about styling with CSS on MediaWiki wikis. There are a few peculiarities on the Terraria Wiki which are outlined on Terraria Wiki:CSS. Note that directly editing CSS pages (other than your own) is restricted to administrators, but please don't let that discourage you from contributing. Feel free to simply post CSS code that you'd like to change on e.g. MediaWiki talk:Common.css.

Meteorite requirement

Meteorite is dependent on having defeated the Eater of Worlds/Brain of Cthulhu as of 1.4.0.2, rather than simply smashing a Shadow Orb/Crimson Heart like it was before. Unfortunately, I'm not sure how to properly edit a graph like this, much less how to add in eicons here since it's different between versions. Zichqec (talk) 02:55, 23 June 2023 (UTC)

Good catch! I added small boxes with {{eicons}} on the relevant lines, but maybe there's a better solution? This graph is produced via {{diagram}}, which is predominantly used for crafting trees – there are many usage examples there, though don't hesitate to ask if something is unclear or confusing. --Rye Greenwood (talk) 11:08, 23 June 2023 (UTC)
