History for Debuffs

If anyone has this info - it would be useful to know what version debuffs were first introduced. For posterity. 98.151.233.238 04:36, 13 September 2011 (UTC)

I'm pretty sure the current six debuffs were all introduced in 1.0.6 — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.110.144.121 at 06:28, 13 September 2011 (UTC)

Broken Armor

There's a broken armor debuff that lasts 5 minutes when you take damage from a Possesed Armor (and maybe Armored Skeleton's too), and halves defense during said time. Armor wont actually be broken though. 71.190.91.239 15:39, 3 December 2011 (UTC)

Also I forgot to mention slow, which is inflicted by Pixies and makes you walk at 70% less then normal walking speed, at least I'm assuming so. It is also inflicted by Pixies. 71.190.91.239 15:43, 3 December 2011 (UTC)

Suffocation

Suffocation is mentioned in the history, but not in the main article. UPDATE: Looks like it was corrected, must have had a cached page. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.187.63.95 at 16:38, 13 October 2013 (UTC)

Electrotion and Solar Debuff

Just stumbled over this sentence in the 1.3.0.4 changelog: "Fixed electrotion debuff being removable by right clicking.". Edit: Also a "Solar debuff" is mentioned: "Fixed Solar debuff spreading to friendly NPCs, killing them.". Someone who knows more about it should add them to the list. -TheFrostSpark (talk) 13:10, 25 July 2015 (UTC)

Distorted debuff change.

I have changed the description of the distorted debuff since it seems to have been changed in 1.3.0.4, though there was no mention of it in the change log. I'm unsure if this is simply a bug with my game alone, though it happens 100% of the time, so if someone else's experience is different and the distorted buff works as it did before 1.3.0.4 the description should be changed back. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 73.14.16.181 at 21:24, 10 July 2015 (UTC)

Custom sprite?

Would it be okay if I made a sprite for the Daybroken debuff to put on the Debuff page? — Preceding unsigned comment added by SuperFunnyStuff (talkcontribs) at 06:45, 26 August 2015 (UTC)

Frostburn Debuff in Wrong Column

It is in the 'exclusive to enemies column' but frostburn armor applies it.

Edit: Nevermind I can't read — Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.105.38.247 at 17:17, 24 October 2015 (UTC)

Lovestruck

Isn't Lovestruck a debuff too? It does have a blue background instead of a red one, but I can't right-click it to cancel the (de)buff. Redo121 (talk) 13:27, 3 July 2016 (UTC)

If it is, then it should be listed. Although all debuffs with red background can't be cancel by right-clicking. --IosKent (talk) 13:29, 3 July 2016 (UTC)--

Immune Enemies tables broken

Most (or all) debuffs have their tables listing immune enemies broken. A fix would be appreciated (I have no data on immune enemies so someone with knowledge on this would be able to fix it much faster). Feawfeaw (talk) 21:07, 23 June 2017 (UTC)

Should be fixed now. Thanks for reporting that. :^) 4e696e6a6f795844 (talk) 21:36, 23 June 2017 (UTC)
Awesome, thanks a bunch! Feawfeaw (talk) 12:38, 24 June 2017 (UTC)

Old-gen console has a timer

Near the top of the page, old-gen console is listed as having a fade effect for indicating the duration of a debuff, unlike new-gen and desktop. However, old-gen DOES in fact have a count-down timer. Can someone fix this? (My editing skills are limited when it comes to templates.) Diamondcat6746 (talk) 13:32, 8 October 2018 (UTC)

Debuff organization

Just wanted to check, but currently are any of the debuffs arranged in a particular order, such as item ID, or are they just tacked on whenever a new source of it comes about? Asking because I want to go through and reorder them to a more structured format. As an example, on the Thorium Mod Wiki, we arrange the buffs / debuffs by grouping the sources by percentage chance, then arrange them in those groups by duration (see this page as an example) Would such a format be useful on this wiki? – Barometz (talk) 03:19, 25 October 2018 (UTC)

I know that Desktop and both Console variations show buffs/debuffs in the order they are received, not sure for mobile or 3DS though. Diamondcat6746 (talk) 00:45, 26 October 2018 (UTC)

sugar rush

shouldent someone who knows how to edit the wiki change the sugar rush listing since it has been fully implemented in journeys end? Eeveeboi71 (talk) 15:03, 18 May 2020 (UTC)
