What if someone breaks the tiles under the safe?

I tried using my molten ham-axe on a tile under my safe and it busted it.

Just to clarify, by "busted" you mean "dislodged it (so it could be picked up)" instead of "it got destroyed", right? - Spinfx 07:15, 16 December 2011 (UTC)

RE talk safe

the safe could be bugged, just like the piggy bank, you should know by now that not all functions introduced directly in an update are 100% bug free and fixed, give the developers time to fix this.

Safe on platforms/furniture

The page states that the safe cannot be placed on platforms or furniture, unlike the piggy bank, which can. However, while playing the PC version 1.4.3, I noticed that the safe can, in fact, be placed on blocks, furniture, and platforms. The piggy bank can do the latter two. I would've made the change, but I don't know if it's a new edition for PC or if it applies to other versions.
