When I was reforging my Topaz Staff I managed to get Masterful. Anyone else have this happen? Sodapone (talk) 16:22, 2 March 2014 (UTC)
- I tested in-game and can confirm that the Topaz Staff can receive the Masterful modifier (as well as Mystic and Adept). It doesn't appear to support the Mythical one, however. NoseOfCthulhu (talk) 23:22, 2 March 2014 (UTC)
