Windy day items from non-windy day specific enemies during thunderstorm

I feel the note about windy day items from enemies not specific to the Windy Day event should be clarified regarding rain occurring at the same time. For example, do sharks drop the kite if the wind is > 20 and its raining? Or only when the wind is > 20 and its not raining? -- Machine Maker (talk) 20:37, 10 February 2023 (UTC)
